    you may try apt-get update && apt-get upgrade

    which one you download before, 1.0 or 1.0.1 ? if 1.0 you just need to apt-get update && apt-get upgrade as Mohammed told

    I am on v1.0 live mode till now. I plane to install Kali on hdd, but not yet, using BT5 from hdd till now. Yeah, I know for apt-get update && apt-get upgrade. Tonight, I was try apt-get update && apt-get upgrade in live mode and "wash" didn't working after upgrade. Maybe cause live mode?

    Upgrade with apt-get update && apt-get dist-upgrade ;)
    I haven't tested wash

    Got an installation error on the i386 version 101 - During installation the process stops at "Installing the system"
    While checking the cd, it reports fault in the MD5 hash.. Tried both manual and graphical installation to disk, but stops at the same time, about 23% out.

    Trying now the amd64 version..

    try change your local disk type to fat32

    Downloaded the amd64 bit version and it just worked of the bat.
